Comments: When the system works, very happy. When you need customer support, very unhappy. Impossible to get through on the phone (at premium rates) and email questions just get ignored (despite a SLA quoted of response within 1 working day).

Comments: Technical support none existent tried for 2 hours before giving up. Email systems are unreliable with emails often returned to our clients with unknown host errors and finally we have been offline for four days. My friend is also offline same f2s.

Comments: I have just spent the past week with virtually no connection which is being blamed on BT. However after trying to contact them by phone for help and advice you most definitely 'loose the will to live' which is expensive at 7.00p a minute
